Catacombs at Kom el Shoqafa

Alexandria Library
The Library of Alexandria is one of the world’s most important cultural landmarks. Inspired by the ancient library, its architecture incorporates references to Amun-Ra and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. The modern library complex includes several museums, a printing workshop, a laboratory, a planetarium, and, of course, extensive library collections.

Citadel of Qaitbay
Built in the 14th century by Sultan Qaitbay, the Citadel of Qaitbay was constructed to defend Alexandria from Ottoman invasions. Its strategic location and stunning architecture make it one of Alexandria’s most iconic monuments.
Pompey’s Pillar
