After that, you will head to Islamic Cairo, a destination that immerses you in the beauty and spirituality of Cairo’s most famous mosques, including Al-Azhar, Al-Rifai, and many other significant religious landmarks. After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your accommodation, your wonderful day tour begins as you meet your private, Egyptologist tour guide. Together, you will ride in a comfortable private A/C vehicle to visit the following highlights:

The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities

One of the world’s most iconic museums, the Egyptian Museum houses an extraordinary collection of ancient treasures. With more than 25,000 artifacts on display, it showcases priceless pieces from Egypt’s long history, spanning over 5,000 years of civilization.

Lunch

We will pause to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where traditional Egyptian dishes are served. Expect options such as grilled meats, rice, and fresh salads. (Drinks are not included.)

Old Cairo

Your tour continues to Old Cairo, home to the largest religious complex in Egypt. Here, you will explore historic Islamic and Christian monuments such as the Hanging Church, the Coptic Museum, the Mosque of Amr Ibn Al-Aas, Al-Azhar Mosque, the Citadel of Salah El-Din, and many other significant landmarks.

Islamic Cairo

Known as the “City of a Thousand Minarets,” Islamic Cairo is filled with magnificent mosques and remarkable architecture. You will see iconic sites such as the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Ahmed Ibn Tulun, Al-Rifai Mosque, Al-Hussein Mosque, and many more beautifully preserved Islamic monuments.

After this enriching full-day experience, we will transfer you back to your accommodation, where you can unwind and enjoy a peaceful evening.

  • In case of unforeseen events like bad weather conditions and eventual flight cancellations, you are responsible for extra hotel nights and meals.

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.
  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour
  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
